- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lazy, poor communication and unprofessional. He got my 500 and some dollars, but not before he dropped the ball in every way possible. According to him, he "tried" contacting the selling agent a couple times and gave up, never contacting the lender to let them know or attempting to call the secondary contact which was the buyers (my) agent. He finally did our inspection a couple weeks late, but before he completed the paperwork and turned it in, he had to take a weeks vacation. We had to get an extension on our closing date TWICE, solely because of his incompetence.By Joe Wyant, April 02, 2017
