- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a customer complaining that their tracking number showed delivered but she did not get her package. I called and spoke to Mark who was extremely helpful. He promised to look into it and get back to me. By the end of the day she had her package and he called me back like he said he would and gave me the good news! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't know the ladies name that delivers mail at Whispering Pines Apartments but she's very bad at her job, every time I go check my mail all my mail is folded up bc she just shoves it in the mail boxes, a lot of my packages have been opened when I go to get them out of the mail. I've had some creme come in the mail the other day with a big hole in it and it was everywhere on the envelope, contacted that company and they told me there were no holes when the sent it. So I'm guessing it was caused from her stuffing everything in my mailbox. I'm very disappointed in our mail lady. When I get my mail I expect it not to be open nor all folded up where I can barely read anything.By Veronica Brents, November 02, 2016
